2. Using this website
You must use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use of the site. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website.
Website content is provided for general information about our services. It is not a quote, tender, advice or an offer capable of acceptance unless we say so in writing.
3. Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website, by phone, email or WhatsApp does not create a binding contract. We will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, scope, timing and commercial terms.
Any quote, estimate or proposal we provide is based on the information you give us and is valid only for the period stated, or if no period is stated, for a reasonable time. A binding engagement starts only when we confirm the booking in writing (including email) or we start performing the agreed services on the terms we have confirmed with you.
Site conditions, programme changes, access, supervision, engineering requirements and WHS directions can affect how work is performed. Additional time, labour or cost may apply if the scope changes or information provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
4. Our services
Unless a separate written agreement applies, our services may include:
- Formwork stripping and related site support
- Construction labour hire
- Construction consulting
All work is undertaken subject to site directions, approved procedures, applicable WHS requirements and, where relevant, project engineering requirements. Labour hire personnel remain subject to the site rules and supervision arrangements agreed for the project.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other law that cannot be excluded.
If you are a consumer under the ACL, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that services will be provided with due care and skill, will be fit for a disclosed purpose, and will be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is fixed.
If we fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy. Where a failure is not major, we may choose to resupply the services or pay the cost of having the services supplied again. These terms do not limit those rights.
